How to pick up your Rentals

• We will contact you a few days before your scheduled pick-up to confirm the time selected.

• We are located on the southwest end of a retired school building. (We are NOT accessible through the main front or back doors of the Bright Acres Learning Academy school building.)

• Look for several white service vehicles and double doors marked with a "D10" at the top.

• Upon arrival, text us at 513-535-5599 to let us know you're here.

• We will bring your items out, or you may already be in the parking lot and ready to assist.

• We will also confirm a convenient drop-off time when your event ends.
