RENTAL POLICY
RENTAL PERIOD
Our standard rental period is designed to make your event simple and stress-free. Rentals are typically available for pickup the day before your event and returned the day after.
We will arrange pickup and return times in advance. If you need a different rental period, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to discuss availability.
RESERVATIONS & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A 25% non-refundable rental retainer is required to reserve your items and event date.
A 25% refundable security deposit is also required and will be returned after all rental items have been received and inspected, provided there are no missing or damaged items.
The remaining rental balance and security deposit are due prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.
CARE OF RENTALS
Our vintage pieces are meant to be enjoyed, and we simply ask that all rental items be handled with care and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Replacement charges may apply to lost, broken, or damaged items.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Delivery fees include both delivery and pickup and are calculated from our 45107 location.
• 0–10 miles — $78
• 11–25 miles — $156
• 26–40 miles — $156 + $8/mile beyond 25 miles
• 41–60 miles — $156 + $12/mile beyond 40 miles
Client pickup is available for many rental items. Certain delicate or specialty pieces may require delivery or special handling. Please contact us with any questions about pickup eligibility.
CLEANING INCLUDED
Cleaning of washable rental items is included in the rental price.
All plates, flatware, serving pieces, and other food-contact items must be completely cleared of food and food debris before being returned.
You do not need to wash the items—we’ll take care of that! Simply scrape and remove all food before placing items back into the provided containers.
An additional cleaning fee will be charged for items returned with food or food debris remaining.
SETUP & BREAKDOWN SERVICE
Setup and breakdown services are available for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
